Right.. I find it quite difficult to try and stress things like:
How much we’ve enjoyed filming a wedding
How nice the couple are
What a nice atmosphere there is
How cool the photographers are to work with
How impressive the venue is, etc etc
…because it feels like I’ve said it many times before (we have a lot of love for our weddings) and so it might not come across sounding genuine. BUT it is! This day was wicked, and Beth and Matt were lovely – they treated us to a tasty pre-wedding steak lunch and joked it was to ensure we’d do a good job – we think we smashed it for them 😉
I love how genuine Matt sounds when he talks about Beth looking amazing, the fact that Beth wanted to lie down in the daffodils, regardless of the possibility of dress staining, and the spot-on father of the bride speech. Botleys Mansion is a Bijou wedding venue. They’re not cheap, but they’re definitely worth it. Unlike many venues, Botleys mansion has pretty much been optimised for weddings, and you can tell – it’s unbelievably pretty and romantic.
We were working with Stuart and Anna of Cooper Photography on this one, which was easy – they’re both really nice and down to earth and their photos are beautiful.
Well I think that may just cover it… if you didn’t already catch it on the Rock My Wedding blog, here it is again
